It has been a burden to see how today’s Church is growing physically and not Spiritually. Today if we are to call any of the prophets from Old Testament or Writers of the New Testament books to preach in the present day church they might be re-emphasizing the same Old Testament message and a thrust to follow! Thus, EEM felt the call of God not only just to start the Physical Church with so called membership into the incorporated Church Society but to start a Church without the physical membership but Spiritual into His Body to become the Partners of God’s Plan. This is to equip the church with the Word of God and send them into the Churches to become Levites as in Exodus 32:26 to bring His people over to the Lord and the Word.

About the Founder
Equip Ecclesia Ministries (EEM) was found by Pastor T. Gripson Thella, an Indian. During his 26 long years of Pastoral service in various Churches, he constantly had to wrestle with the Church doctrines which did not find favor with God’s will in his call. It was in the year 2004 that he found his calling in the establishment of this Ministry. Thus born the EEM which shaped his vision of edifying and equipping the Church with the right Word. His objective is to guide the congregation into becoming the partner of God’s plan by doing what He wants His children to do for His kingdom. He is blessed with a devoted Christian wife Mrs. Anita Gripson, who is a Children’s Missionary and two children Ann Gripson and Arnold Gripson age 19 and 16 respectively. They both are baptized and are sensitive to His call and Plan and are prayerful to know His Purpose.
